On select Saturday evenings, Bottles holds fundraisers for great causes. 100% of all entry fee’s from 5pm to 9pm will be donated to a reputable organization or cause.

Organizations are also encouraged to hold silent auctions, 50/50 raffles, and other additional fundraising activities during the event.

  • Beyond raising money for your group, these events also offer great networking and community outreach opportunities. We ask that groups set up a booth with flyers or giveaways to share with guests to further your cause.

    Plus with our karaoke, games, fire pits, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and food there is something for everyone to enjoy.

  • Charitable organizations and local organizations that focus on the community (ex. YMCA, Shenandoah Animal Services, etc.). Local law enforcement, fire, and medical organizations. Any 501 (c) (3) organization.

    At this time we are not accepting requests from sports organizations or booster clubs.

  • In certain cases we will allow a fundraising event for individuals looking to raise funds after a disaster or for medical purposes. Please send an email to john@bottlesandgames.com to see if your cause qualifies.

  • 100% of every entry fee from 5pm-9pm will be donated to your group! The more folks you get to come out, the more you can raise. Funds will be donated even if a guest is not a part or aware of the event.

    So far organizations that have held events with us have raised between $1,000 and $3,500 total for their evenings including entry fees, silent auctions, and 50/50 raffles.

  • We will write the check to your organization at the end of the event!

    Groups are responsible for their silent auction and 50/50 raffle earnings.

  • Yes. We do require representatives from the organization to be present from 5pm to 9pm. This person must check in with our manager on duty for the fundraiser to begin.

    Not only is this a great fundraising vehicle it is also a great team building evening!

  • All Bottles fundraising events will be posted on the official social media channels of Bottles including Facebook Events, Instagram, and TikTok.

    We also ask the organization to share the event within their internal communication systems to get the most amount of supporters to attend the event.

    We will also create a digital flyer that will be emailed to the address given during the reservation process below.
